For all employees covered under the NSW workers insurance scheme.

For government employees of NSW Government Agencies including NSW Health (South), Police and Emergency Services and other agencies such as Department of Premier and Cabinet and Department of Planning Departments.

Victoria

For all Victorian employees covered under the WorkSafe Victoria scheme.

South Australia

For all South Australian employees covered under the Return to Work SA scheme.

FEDERAL SELF-INSURANCE (Comcare Scheme)

For Self-Insurers covered under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (the 'SRC Act').
