Workplace culture at EML has been recognised with the award of Top Insurance Employer 2021 by Insurance Business Australia.

The Top Insurance Employer award is recognition of the great workplace culture at EML.
“A great workplace culture consistently looks at what they are doing and seeks to make incremental improvements over time – so effectively we are fine tuning little things all of the time,” McCullagh said.
