This is why we offer Mobile Case Management - a tailored, face-to-face service to help workers get back to work as soon as possible and in a sustainable way.

Mobile Case Management gives our Mobile Case Managers (MCMs) extensive visibility and access to real-time files and forms they need, resulting in faster and better decision making.

Our MCMs support claims by providing high quality intervention to workers and employers through personalised face-to-face support.

Here’s an overview of what the service provides:

  • Face-to-face visits with workers, employers, providers or any other stakeholder across NSW, VIC and SA.
  • Collaboration with the Case Manager to provide face-to-face support services to the stakeholders involved on the claim to improve the workers compensation experience. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
  • Temporary engagement to support the Case Manager in achieving outcomes, rather than replacing their role in the recovery and return to work of a worker. ​​​​​​​

What a sensational service. We are getting really great results since using the mobile case management service. It’s a fabulous idea to extend the services of the regular Case Management Specialist. The system is quite often a mine field for NTD’s as well so this service is going a long way to assist them understand their responsibilities and close claims or ensure claims don’t stagnate in the process.”
